Our firm provides legal services for individuals and companies, both in Cyprus and abroad, dealing amongst other with mergers and acquisitions, cross border transactions, joint ventures, intellectual property licensing, company formation and management, establishment of trusts and other business arrangements.

MARIOS THEOPHILIDES
Founder - Managing Director
Marios Theophilides studied law at the University of Warwick where he obtained an L.L.B.. He continued his studies in Commercial Law at Cardiff University where he obtained an L.L.M.(Commercial Law). He then studied Shipping, Trade and Finance at Cass Business School, City University where he obtained an M.Sc. He is a member of the Cyprus Bar Association and of the Institute of Chartered Shipbrokers.
He has extensive experience on corporate and shipping law, including ship finance transactions, cross-border mergers & acquisitions, disposals, joint ventures and reorganizations. He also has extensive experience in the litigation field, especially in commercial and corporate related matters, as well as in banking and property law. He speaks fluent Greek and English.
